Refunds & Returns

Our Suppliers offer a 14-day return policy for all products ordered. This means that Suppliers are required to accept returns up to 14 days AFTER the product has been received by you. In the event of a return or exchange, we will message the supplier to alert them.
 
How do I deal with refunds in the event of a return?
If, for any reason, you choose to return a product to a Supplier, they would be happy to provide you with a refund as the reason falls within their return policy.
 
Who pays for the return of the item?
In cases where you simply want to return a product without any legitimate issues with the product itself, you would be responsible for the return shipping fees. However, if the item you received was damaged or not matching the description, it is fair to request that the Supplier pay for the shipping fees.
